How to use

Apply using Noni Glow Face Oil to facial area after cleansing and misting. Using the Rose Quartz Heart, gently massage your face and neck in an upward and outward motion starting from the neck area, moving along to your chin, cheeks and around to the eye area. For best results, use for 3 to 5 minutes daily.

For additional healing and relaxation benefits, and to reduce inflammation, place the stone in the refrigerator for a few minutes or run under cold water. The stone is naturally cool, but this extra temperature reduction will aid your efforts to increase circulation, expel toxins, and stimulate collagen production as you massage in your creams and lotions.

You can use this beauty tool in your nightly self-care routine to perform facial massage or lymphatic drainage. We also love using this massage tool to perform facial gua sha to smooth the appearance of fine lines and encourage feelings of wellbeing.

CRYSTAL CARE: Cleanse with warm water and wipe with a soft cloth to remove any dirt and oil. For a deeper clean, use a gentle cleanser (Rose Quartz can be a delicate stone). We suggest any of the KORA Organics Cleansers to further cleanse your crystal. Additionally, to completely cleanse + reset your crystal place it under the light of the moon, or you can use Palo Santo by circulating it around the crystal three times.

We ship most items to arrive in 15 business days from the order validation time.

Shipping charges will depend on the delivery address which is mentioned at checkout.

Same Day Delivery: Will take 20% extra of the delivery rates. (The cutoff time is 12:00 P.M, this service is available only for Karachi)

Again depending on the product and its availability. Our own riders will be responsible for delivering the products.

If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know!

First check your shipping confirmation and details, e.g. Address, Contact Number, and Contact Person. If any detail was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

If order gets late due to any unforeseen circumstances, My Vanitee Case will not be liable for delay in delivery.

Oversized or most fragile items will incur an additional charge of up to PKR 1200 - 1500 depending on the destination.

RETURNS:

DAMAGED GOODS:

If a customer receives damaged product, we will ask for pictures and send replacement. (Require 15 to 20 business days for replacement)

If the product does not match the condition on receiving, we are not liable for return.

There will be a 24 hours warranty on all products in which customers can report any damage/defect in the product and contact us for replacement. A 20% restocking fee will be applicable on the new order.

WRONG / MISSING/EXPIRED/UNSATISFACTORY ITEMS RECEIVED

In the event that you've received the wrong item, we will require photo proof of the wrongly sent item and D.O (Delivery Order) and after reviewing, we'll resend the correct item to you at no cost, subject to availability.

If you've received your order with a missing item, we will require you to email us a clear photo proof of your D.O (Delivery Order) to support@myvaniteecase.com and after which, kindly give us a call at (+92) 3023703377 and our customer service officer will attend you to find out more before a decision is made to re-send the missing item to you at no cost, subject to availability.

CANCELLATION:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the warehouse/vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
