How to use:
Mangosteen Daily Resurfacing Cleanser
Directions: Mix a small amount of product with water in hands, apply and massage gently with fingertips in a circular motion covering the face and neck areas. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry. Do not use on broken or abraded skin.
Strawberry Rhubarb Dermafoliant
Directions: Dispense a small amount of dry product to wet palm of hand and add a few drops of water. Rub hands together to create a creamy paste and apply to face using circular motions, careful to avoid areas around the eye. Massage into skin before rinsing thoroughly with water and patting skin dry.

DAMAGED GOODS:

If a customer receives damaged product, we will ask for pictures and send replacement. (Require 15 to 20 business days for replacement)

If the product does not match the condition on receiving, we are not liable for return.

There will be a 24 hours warranty on all products in which customers can report any damage/defect in the product and contact us for replacement. A 20% restocking fee will be applicable on the new order.

WRONG / MISSING/EXPIRED/UNSATISFACTORY ITEMS RECEIVED

In the event that you've received the wrong item, we will require photo proof of the wrongly sent item and D.O (Delivery Order) and after reviewing, we'll resend the correct item to you at no cost, subject to availability.

If you've received your order with a missing item, we will require you to email us a clear photo proof of your D.O (Delivery Order) to support@myvaniteecase.com and after which, kindly give us a call at (+92) 3023703377 and our customer service officer will attend you to find out more before a decision is made to re-send the missing item to you at no cost, subject to availability.

CANCELLATION:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the warehouse/vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
