HOW TO USE:

• Wet beautyblender or makeup brushes.
• Swirl an ample amount of blendercleanser onto stains, working into a lather.
• Repeat if necessary.
• To avoid splits or tears on your blender, squeeze delicately, and avoid twisting or pinching.
• Slide your fingers through the loops of the cleansing mitt (with nibs facing up), to turn the palm of your hand into a cleansing surface.
• Rinse and squeeze to remove any excess cleanser and water.
• Allow to dry completely in a clean, well-ventilated area. beautyblender sponges need light and air to avoid growing mold. Wet sponges should never be stored in a plastic bag, a drawer, or any closed space.
• Use the lid of your canister as a drying pedestal, and set your damp blender on it.
• Immediately after cleansing, beautyblender is ready for makeup application once again.

We ship most items to arrive in 15 business days from the order validation time.

Shipping charges will depend on the delivery address which is mentioned at checkout.

Same Day Delivery: Will take 20% extra of the delivery rates. (The cutoff time is 12:00 P.M, this service is available only for Karachi)

Again depending on the product and its availability. Our own riders will be responsible for delivering the products.

If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know!

First check your shipping confirmation and details, e.g. Address, Contact Number, and Contact Person. If any detail was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping details were correct, get in touch with us at support@myvaniteecase.com or call us at +92 3023703377 mentioning your order number. We'll see what can be done.

If order gets late due to any unforeseen circumstances, My Vanitee Case will not be liable for delay in delivery.

Oversized or most fragile items will incur an additional charge of up to PKR 1200 - 1500 depending on the destination.

RETURNS:

We, at My Vanitee Case, are committed to providing our customers with 100% original international personal care and beauty brands, and we proudly guarantee every product we sell. If you are not satisfy with any item purchased from our online store, simply return the product within 3 days of the purchase date at your expense, and we will gladly exchange the item (Subject to availability of same product).

• We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return.

DAMAGED GOODS:

If a customer receives damaged product, we will ask for pictures and send replacement. (Require 15 to 20 business days for replacement)

If the product does not match the condition on receiving, we are not liable for return.

There will be a 24 hours warranty on all products in which customers can report any damage/defect in the product and contact us for replacement. A 20% restocking fee will be applicable on the new order.

WRONG / MISSING/EXPIRED/UNSATISFACTORY ITEMS RECEIVED

In the event that you've received the wrong item, we will require photo proof of the wrongly sent item and D.O (Delivery Order) and after reviewing, we'll resend the correct item to you at no cost, subject to availability.

If you've received your order with a missing item, we will require you to email us a clear photo proof of your D.O (Delivery Order) to support@myvaniteecase.com and after which, kindly give us a call at (+92) 3023703377 and our customer service officer will attend you to find out more before a decision is made to re-send the missing item to you at no cost, subject to availability.

CANCELLATION:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the warehouse/vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
