How to use:
Milky Mushroom Gentle Cleansing Oil (30ml): Shake to activate the dual phase cleansing oil to transform it into a milky texture. Gently massage three to five pumps onto face, neck and décolleté. Rinse well and pat dry.
Turmeric Brightening & Exfoliating Mask (30ml): Massage the mask into damp skin while avoiding eye area. Leave on for five to 15 minutes to let the active ingredients work their magic. Remove with water in circular motions to exfoliate. For added exfoliation, remove with damp cloth. Use two to three times weekly for optimum results.
Noni Glow Face Oil (30ml): Warm a few drops of the oil in the palms of your hands and apply over the face, neck and décolleté as the last step in your skin care ritual.

If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know!
First check your shipping confirmation and details, e.g. Address, Contact Number, and Contact Person. If any detail was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

If order gets late due to any unforeseen circumstances, My Vanitee Case will not be liable for delay in delivery.
Oversized or most fragile items will incur an additional charge of up to PKR 1200 - 1500 depending on the destination.

DAMAGED GOODS:
If a customer receives damaged product, we will ask for pictures and send replacement. (Require 15 to 20 business days for replacement)
If the product does not match the condition on receiving, we are not liable for return.
There will be a 24 hours warranty on all products in which customers can report any damage/defect in the product and contact us for replacement. A 20% restocking fee will be applicable on the new order.
WRONG / MISSING/EXPIRED/UNSATISFACTORY ITEMS RECEIVED
In the event that you've received the wrong item, we will require photo proof of the wrongly sent item and D.O (Delivery Order) and after reviewing, we'll resend the correct item to you at no cost, subject to availability.
If you've received your order with a missing item, we will require you to email us a clear photo proof of your D.O (Delivery Order) to support@myvaniteecase.com and after which, kindly give us a call at (+92) 3023703377 and our customer service officer will attend you to find out more before a decision is made to re-send the missing item to you at no cost, subject to availability.
CANCELLATION:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the warehouse/vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
